1. Activation: The 6-Month Transformation

Building Your Business Intelligence System We don’t just “give you an account.” We work alongside you to build your core structure across four critical layers. During this phase, we activate a massive library of logic to cover every corner of your business.

What’s Included in Activation:

  • The Master Key: 1 x Business Identity Passport (BIP) (The foundational source of truth).

  • The Intelligence Suite: 12 x Passport Slots of your choice. You can mix and match from any of our core modules (WAP, PSP, CAP, PDP, EIP, BMP) to fit your specific needs.

Investment: RM 2,200 × 6 Months (Total: RM 13,200) This covers the full mapping of your business and the setup of all 13 Passports.

2. Continuity: Keeping Your Logic Alive

System Access & AI Alignment Once your system is built, we ensure it remains secure, updated, and aligned with the latest AI engines. Your continuity fee covers the essential digital environment where your business logic lives and breathes.

  • Standard Continuity: RM 300 / Month

  • Network Contributor Tier: RM 150 / Month

    • Special Offer: Refer 2 companies to the AIBIP ecosystem, and your monthly fee drops to RM 150 for as long as they remain active.

  • AIBIP Workspace: Your private, secure environment to manage and interact with your AI infrastructure.

  • Passport Hosting: Secure storage and maintenance of your 13 (or more) Business Passports.

  • Identity Hub Access: Visibility and connection within our verified business network.

  • Procurement Portal: Full access for businesses with active PSPs, allowing you to run structured, AI-assisted sourcing events.

  • AI Alignment Support: Ongoing updates to ensure your logic remains compatible with evolving AI models (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.).

3. Growth: On-Demand Asset Acquisition

Build Your Corporate Intelligence Library Once your initial transformation is complete, you can continue to expand your system’s capabilities. Our model is built on the principle of Asset Ownership: you pay once to codify a new area of your business, and you own that logic forever.

  • One-Time Asset Purchase: RM 1,100 per Passport

  • No Recurring Fees for Logic: Unlike traditional SaaS where you pay more as you use more features, here you simply add a new permanent asset to your library.

  • Modular Scale: Add a new WAP for a new department, a CAP for a new regulation, or a PDP for a new team—only when your business is ready.

4. Data Sovereignty: Private Hosting Options

Absolute Control for High-Security Environments For businesses with strict regulatory requirements or high-sensitivity data, we offer the option to move your AIBIP Workspace and its associated Passports (WAP, CAP, EIP, etc.) out of our cloud and into your own infrastructure.

  • On-Premise or Private Cloud: We can deploy your entire AIBIP environment to your own local servers or your private company cloud.

  • Hybrid Identity Model: * Public: Your BIP (Business Identity Passport) remains on the AIBIP public hub to ensure your business stays verified, searchable, and connected to the global network.

    • Private: All Operational Passports (your specific “how-to” logic) are moved to your private environment, ensuring your proprietary workflows never leave your control.

  • The Result: You get the power of AI-driven logic with the security of on-premise hosting.
